Assemble stuffed animals that will be given to first responders for children in distress!
Productive corporate meetings are essential to the success of every organization, but they often include death-by-PowerPoint. The Rescue BuddiesTM workshop develops team problem solving skills through a series of fast-paced and collaborative team challenges. More energetic than sitting at a table, this is a problem solving activity which addresses strategy, execution and the impact of independent roles and functions on the big picture and success.
Make a positive impact on your team and community.
Break out of the classroom mold and use experiential team building to overcome challenges – and sometimes frustrations – in ways that stimulate learning and enhance growth both individually and as a team! In the debriefing sessions the team reflects on what they have experienced, then has an opportunity to relate that back to the workplace. Individuals learn how they make contributions at any stage of team development and how to cope with problems as they develop.
Turnkey and memorable charity team building events.
When possible, we’ll make arrangements for local firefighters, police officers or other emergency personnel to receive your donation. Imagine a workshop wrap-up that’s filled with goose bumps as they share a recent story about a child’s eyes lighting up when they presented a comforting stuffed animal to a child involved in an emergency situation.
This is your event, so if you have a specific organization such as a local children’s hospital that you want the bears donated to, just let us know!
Length: 2 1/2 hours, can be customized to fit your time frame.
Donation: Making arrangements with the receiving organization is part of the service we offer. When possible we try to have representatives attend the end of your workshop for a goose bump closing!
Combo: Many of our clients combine charity team building with one of our classroom workshops for a full day of training. Give us a call today or fill out the quote request form on the right for a custom quote.
